Opened in 2022 on Commercial Drive and Charles Street in Vancouver’s vibrant Little Italy neighbourhood, Mum’s the Word is equal parts cozy café, cocktail bar and community hub where coffee, cocktails and culture come together in an eclectic and laidback spot with vibes to spare.
We raise the bar and wet appetites with a beverage list that proudly supports and showcases local purveyors and ingredients and features Habitat coffee, classic and signature cocktails and killer craft beer and wine hailing from BC’s backyard. Our food menu offers sandwiches just like Mom used to make — good old after-school, crash-on-the-couch sorta comfort food prepared with fresh ingredients, love and a little dose of nostalgia.
We’re open from 9 a.m. to midnight seven days a week with Happy Hour food and drink features available daily from 9 to 11 a.m., Mondays through Fridays from 2 to 6 p.m. and all-day every Sunday.
